The Bookkeeper is the Pharos accounting contract that opens, closes and coordinates loan agreements between lenders and borrowers. The Bookkeeper contains the universal order book that is shared by all plugins, orders and users.

Through the loan agreement, the Bookkeeper also monitors the health of a loan and allows for its liquidation if unhealthy.
